RdSAP conventions do not always follow logic and many DEAs and HIs will find these flowcharts essential when considering how to approach various aspects of the property.
These flowcharts have been created by a qualified and accredited DEA and have been tested ‘in the field’.
Previously available as a binder with inserts, the format has been revised to provide more copies of the flowcharts, in a format suitable for the lower number of requests.
The information is the same but the format has changed. RdSAP flowcharts are still handy for taking on inspections as they are now A6 sized booklets (105mm x 148mm).
